Shipping method

We use FedEx for delivery and are unable to specify other couriers for delivery at this time.

How long does it take to ship?
  • Within 36 hours of completing your order, we will arrange for your shipment.
  • You can check the logistics information after an estimated 48 hours.
How long does it take to deliver?
  • We will ship your order from the nearest warehouse depending on your location and it will take 3-7 business days to deliver.
  • During the holiday season (Black Friday, Christmas), the maximum delivery time may increase to 10 working days due to the increased volume of deliveries by logistics companies.
  • If you encounter special circumstances (heavy rain, snow, earthquakes, mudslides, etc.), the delivery time can not be guaranteed, at this time, please contact us in time to confirm the specific circumstances of the order.

Is assembly included?

We do not provide assembly services. The cost of having someone assemble it after you receive it will also need to be borne by you personally.

Are there any matching assembly tools?

Please rest assured that there are matching assembly work and corresponding hardware in the package. Assembly can be completed easily.

Missing or Damaged Accessories

Missing accessories

If you find any missing parts after receiving the package, please check the missing part number against the assembly instructions first, and then send us the part number and quantity you need by email.
We will send you the replacement parts for free.

Broken parts

If you find the package damaged after receiving it, or if you find the accessories damaged after opening the package, please follow the process below:

  1. Take a photo of the broken package or accessories.
  2. Confirm the broken accessory number against the assembly instructions.
